Yael stone, who is a New York City Australian resident, played Lorna the character of Morello Orange Is the New Black in 2013. Yael graduated from NIDA. Yael's first job has given her to interact with some of Australia's best storytellers. Yael's career is rich throughout Australia. A continuing collaboration with Australia's much-lauded director Neil Armfield culminated in the internationally-renowned production Diary of a Madman, in which she starred opposite Academy- Emmy- and Tony Award-winning actor Geoffrey Rush. Yael was pleased to have found her new home after the Brooklyn Academy of Music, which was the venue where the production premiered to critical acclaim, became the place she now calls New York City. Yael is co-founder of The Cannery. It is located in the Bushwick Brooklyn studio, they support new artistic writings, and are a source of inspiration for new thinking.
